How do I return an item?

Only products purchased through this website and those purchased within 15 days of the shipping date, can be returned directly to The item must be returned in the original packaging, with all of the supplied accessories, user manuals, and boxes or containers that it was supplied in, and the item must be in the same condition that it was sent in.

All products returned require a Return Authorization (RA) number

An RA number, along with our return shipping address and other appropriate instructions will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours.

All returns must be shipped via ground shipment only, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser. A refund will be processed through your original purchasing method after the item is received. Shipping and handling can not be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a $15 restocking fee (such as hammocks) which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return them.

The refund will include any appropriate sales tax. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, unless they were incurred as a result of an error on our part.

  • All other products they are subject to certain manufacturer restrictions.
  • Orders can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund or replacement and our terms and conditions will apply.
  • Opened defective items can be returned for replacement for the same product only.
  • All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA number, which has to be obtained from our Returns Department prior to your returning the product.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and the product must reach our warehouse before then.
  • Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number.
  • Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
  • Returning of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the item.
  • Any shipping charges you incur are not refundable.
  • Any damaged or missing items will result in additional charges being assessed to your account.
  • Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without a restocking fee.
  • A replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product by without any additional shipping charges.
  • Where appropriate, a credit will be given within three weeks of receipt of the product.
  • Credit will calculate based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches the warehouse.
  • Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 15 days from date of invoice must contact the manufacturer of the product.
