Delivery Charge Costs shipping charges are automatically computed by the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). We do not mark up any of the shipping fees. The delivery costs are calculated based on the packed shipping weight of the product.

Q: Are all of your products brand new?
A: Yes!! All of our products are 100% brand new and sealed in the original factory packaging. Unlike our competition we do not sell used products and store demos as new.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: proudly ships nearly all of our products internationally! Some countries may impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc., on items shipped from the United States. You are responsible for those costs.
Q: How long will it take to ship my item?
A: We will ship your order within the same business day if the order is placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time, otherwise it is shipped the next day.
Q: Do you ship products to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: All items can be sent to Alaska and Hawaii with the exception of items that ship via freight. This includes very heavy items like Cerwin-Vega! speakers that ship by truck.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?
A: We do ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO but you must select USPS as your shipping service. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders, or a few limited geographic areas within the United States.
